Ingredients
- 2 - 15 oz. cans creamed corn
- 2 eggs
- 3 T. sugar
- 2 T. flour
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1 c. half & half
- 3/4 stick butter
Method
- Melt butter in 4 qt. casserole dish.
- Mix corn, flour, sugar and salt.
- Add eggs and beat until mixed.
- Add half and half. Pour into butter in casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees 30-40 mins. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
