Ingredients
- 4 oz. dry pack Feta cheese, room temperature
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. olives, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. green onions, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried
Method
- Process cheese until smooth.
- Stir in olives, green onions and basil.
- Shape into ball.
- Cover and chill.
- Serve with toasted pita wedges, chips or French bread slices.
