Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. corn meal
- 1 egg
- dash of salt
- 1 1/2 c. water
Method
- Mix together with wire whisk until very few lumps remain. Pour 3 to 4 tablespoons of batter onto hot griddle and smooth out in a circular motion until thin.
- Use more batter for larger shells.
- Turn when edges dry and begin to lift off griddle.
- Fill with choice of taco ingredients.
