Ingredients
- 1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 tsp. salad oil
- 2 1/2 c. cooked or canned whole kernel corn
Method
- Sift flour with baking powder and salt.
- Beat eggs, milk and salad oil.
- Stir in flour mixture, then corn.
- Drop by tablespoon into fat heated to 365° in deep fat fryer or fry in hot pan and turn once.
- Makes 5 or 6 servings.
