Ingredients
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread muffin mix
- 2 eggs
- 8 oz. sour cream
Method
- Mix all ingredients in order listed.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Will turn out a little runny.
- If you want it more like a cornbread, add 2 boxes of Jiffy mix.
