Ingredients
- 4 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. milk
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. Lawry's garlic salt
- 2 cans whole green chilies (Ortega Brand), rinsed, seeded and chopped
- 4 (12 oz.) cans Le Sueur White Shoepeg Corn, drained

Method
- In a saucepan over heat, make a smooth sauce with cream cheese, milk, butter and garlic salt. Remove from heat and stir in green chilies and corn. Pour in buttered 8 x 12-inch Pyrex casserole. Dot liberally with more butter. Bake until bubbly, about 30 minutes at 150°. You can also bake at 400° for 15 minutes. If you want more color, you can sprinkle grated cheese and/or paprika on top before baking.
