Ingredients
- 1 can vacuum-packed whole kernel corn
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 box Jiffy corn meal mix
- 1 stick oleo, melted
- 2 eggs
Method
- Bake in greased casserole at 350° with lid on for 1 hour. Remove lid and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer.
