Ingredients
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 can yellow whole kernel corn
- 2 Tbsp. water
- chopped pimentos
- 1 c. precooked rice
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
Method
- Saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender, not browned.
- Add all ingredients, except cheese.
- Put in baking dish; sprinkle cheese on top and bake 1 hour in 350° oven.
