Ingredients
- 3 cans apricot halves, liquid removed
- 1 sm. jar apricot preserves
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- Heavy cream (not whipped)
Method
- Blend in a blender apricots, preserves and lemon juice.
- Freeze for 2 days.
- Scoop into dessert dishes to serve and pour cream over top.
