Ingredients
- 2 (15 oz.) cans yellow creamed corn
- 1 c. Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 beaten eggs
- dash of garlic
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Mix all ingredients, but cheese, in a bowl.
- Pour in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle top with cheese.
- Bake 45 to 50 minutes in a 325° oven.
