Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 2 eggs
Method
- Mix all ingredients with spoon until well blended.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour in a 9 x 9-inch pan or 35 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
