Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole corn, well drained
Method
- Mix first 3 ingredients together. Add rest of ingredients. Stir together. Grease 9 x 9-inch baking dish and bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
