Ingredients
- 1 large baking hen
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 4 raw eggs
- 2 to 3 slices light bread (if desired)
- 2 medium pans of corn bread
- sage as to taste
Method
- In a large pot, cover chicken and chicken parts with water to make broth.
- Add all chopped ingredients.
- Season well to taste. Boil until done.
- Remove chicken and debone.
