Ingredients

  • 2 c. fresh corn (can use canned)
  • 3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • 1 large beaten egg
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • red pepper strips (optional garnish)

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Lightly grease 4 (6 ounce) ramekins or custard cups.
  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Spoon into cups.
  • Bake about 25 minutes until lightly browned and puffy.
  • Garnish, if desired.
