Ingredients
- 2 c. fresh corn (can use canned)
- 3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 1 large beaten egg
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- red pepper strips (optional garnish)
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Lightly grease 4 (6 ounce) ramekins or custard cups.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Spoon into cups.
- Bake about 25 minutes until lightly browned and puffy.
- Garnish, if desired.
