- 1 large can French-style green beans
- 1 large can whole kernel corn
- 1 can chopped water chestnuts
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 stick oleomargarine
- 1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Method
- Drain first 5 ingredients separately.
- Mix sour cream and celery soup.
- In casserole dish, put layer of beans, layer of mixture, layer of corn, layer of mixture, etc., until all have been used.
- Melt oleo. Add crackers and mix.
- Sprinkle over top and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
