Ingredients

  • 1 large can French-style green beans
  • 1 large can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can chopped water chestnuts
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 stick oleomargarine
  • 1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers

Method

  • Drain first 5 ingredients separately.
  • Mix sour cream and celery soup.
  • In casserole dish, put layer of beans, layer of mixture, layer of corn, layer of mixture, etc., until all have been used.
  • Melt oleo. Add crackers and mix.
  • Sprinkle over top and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
