Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (16 oz.) rotini pasta, uncooked
  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 env. (0.7 oz.) GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix
  • 1/4 cup olive oil, divided
  • 1 small yellow squash, cut lengthwise in half, then crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick slices
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 green onions, diagonally sliced
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Method

  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, toss chicken with dressing mix.
  • Heat 1 Tbsp.
  • oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken; cook and stir 8 to 10 min.
  • or until done.
  • Drain pasta; place in large bowl.
  • Add remaining oil, chicken and all remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
