Ingredients
- 2 lb. cooked, sliced carrots
- 1 large green pepper, diced
- 3 medium onions, chopped
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2/3 c. wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Combine all ingredients and marinate overnight in refrigerator.
- This will keep, refrigerated, for 4 weeks.
