Ingredients
- 3 cans sliced carrots
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
Method
- Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.
- Refrigerate. Will keep several days.
