Ingredients

  • 2 lb. carrots, sliced, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 medium chopped green pepper
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • drop of Tabasco
  • cucumbers, peeled and sliced
  • onions, thin sliced
  • green peppers (optional)

Method

  • Make dressing from Miracle Whip, sugar and milk.
  • Whip together; again, amounts used will depend on how many vegetables you use.
  • Pour dressing over vegetables and chill.
  • Sometimes I add pepper to dressing.
