- 2 lb. carrots, sliced, cooked and drained
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 medium chopped green pepper
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 can tomato soup
- drop of Tabasco
- cucumbers, peeled and sliced
- onions, thin sliced
- green peppers (optional)
Method
- Make dressing from Miracle Whip, sugar and milk.
- Whip together; again, amounts used will depend on how many vegetables you use.
- Pour dressing over vegetables and chill.
- Sometimes I add pepper to dressing.
