Ingredients

  • 2 boxes red raspberry Jell-O
  • 2 pkg. plain gelatin
  • 2 oranges, quartered with peeling
  • 2 apples, quartered with peeling
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 (16 oz.) crushed pineapple (do not drain)
  • 2 cans whole cranberry sauce or 1 lb. raw cranberries
  • 1/2 c. sugar

Method

  • Mix both boxes of Jell-O with 2 cups boiling water.
  • Mix the gelatin with 1/2 cup cold water. Grind oranges, apples and cranberries.
  • Add to Jell-O mixture. Add other ingredients. Pour into large Pyrex dish and refrigerate until set.
  • Top with Frosted Topping.
