Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 (1/4 lb.) pkg. salted cashews, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna
- 1 c. finely chopped celery
- 1/4 c. minced onion
Method
- Combine 1/2 can noodles with remaining ingredients in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle on noodles.
- Bake in moderate oven at 350° for 40 minutes.
- Makes 5 servings.
