Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 c. half and half
- 1 lb. Velveeta, grated
- cooked spaghetti
- Longhorn cheese, grated
Method
- Brown ground beef, onion and green pepper.
- Drain after beef has cooked.
- Add soup, tomatoes, half and half and Velveeta.
- Cook until cheese melts.
- Add mixture to cooked spaghetti.
- Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
- Top with grated Longhorn cheese.
