Ingredients
- 2 pkg. carrots
- 1 medium onion, sliced in rings
- 1 medium green pepper, cut in strips
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. sugar
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
Method
- Slice carrots; cook and drain.
- Put in a 2-quart casserole. Add onion and green pepper.
- Set aside.
- Combine in saucepan the remaining ingredients.
- Cook 5 minutes; pour over carrot mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
