Ingredients
- 24 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli cuts
- 1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts
- 8 oz. Cheez Whiz or 1 c. American cheese
- 1 can French fried onions
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 2/3 c. (1 can) evaporated milk
Method
- Cook broccoli 4 minutes or until tender.
- Drain and arrange in buttered casserole.
- Slice drained water chestnuts.
- Add cheese over broccoli.
- Combine soup with milk. Pour over casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Put onions on top and brown approximately 5 minutes.
- Don't overcook broccoli.
