Ingredients
- 1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. low-fat mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 head red cabbage
- 1/2 c. shredded carrots
- pinch of sugar
Method
- Mix cottage cheese, mayonnaise, water and sugar.
- Add to cabbage and carrots.
- Mix well.
