Ingredients
- 4 ripe peaches
- 2 tsp. dry white wine
- 1 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder
Method
- Plunge peaches in boiling water for 1 minute. Drain, peel, halve and stone. Puree peaches in blender.
- Transfer to saucepan and add wine, water, sugar, cinnamon and curry powder.
- Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes.
