- 1 can LeSueur peas
- 1 can Shoe Peg corn
- 1 can French-style green beans
- 1 can butter beans (optional)
- 1 can kidney beans (optional)
- 2 sprigs green onions, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 1/4 c. salad oil
Method
- Drain all canned vegetables, chop celery and onions finely. Mix sugar, vinegar and oil in small pan and bring to boil.
- Mix all vegetables together.
- Add liquid mixture and refrigerate.
