Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 tablespoons chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon butter
- garlic
- salt, to taste
Method
- Melt the butter in a medium pan.
- Add the cabbage, onion, and optional items.
- Cover and cook on a low heat, stirring every once in a while until the cabbage is slightly wilted.
- This should be about 10 minutes.
- Serve as a nice little side dish.
