Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp margarine, coconut oil, butter or ghee
  • 1 1/2 tbsp agar agar powder
  • 1 tsp coconut flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch granulated garlic powder
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper

Method

  • Melt the butter or ghee.
  • Let cool just a bit.
  • Add the eggs into a bowl and whisk in the melted ghee, coconut oil, butter, or margarine, and water.
  • Mix the coconut flour, agar agar powder, pepper, salt, and garlic.
  • After mixed add to egg mixture mixing well.
  • Now once agar agar powder gets wet it starts to thicken quickly.
  • Heat a pan like nonstick.
  • Add mix so it forms a 5 inch disc or 12.7 cm disc.
  • I am not good at flipping if you are make it bigger.
  • Cook about 1 minute each side.
  • If saving them for later let cool and put I a zip lock bag.
