Ingredients
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip, thawed
- 14 oz. flaked coconut
Method
- Prepare cake mix as directed.
- Spoon into 18 paper-lined muffin cups.
- Bake 20 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Remove paper liners.
- Spread Cool Whip on bottom and sides of cupcakes.
- Press coconut into whipped topping.
- Place cupcakes, top sides down, on serving plate.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Makes 18 snowballs.
