Ingredients
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk (1 small can evaporated milk and rest from carton)
- 1/4 stick margarine
- 2 eggs
- 6 oz. pkg. fresh frozen coconut
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Heat all ingredients in a pot until margarine is melted.
- Pour into pie crust.
- Bake in 350° to 375° oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until golden brown.
