Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. coconut
Method
- Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.
- Add flour.
- Mix well.
- Add milk, melted margarine and vanilla.
- Put coconut in unbaked crust and pour filling over coconut.
- (When you put the filling over the coconut, the coconut seems to go through the pie better.)
- Bake at 350° until browned, but still a little shaky.
