- 3/4 c. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1 pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. toasted coconut
- 1/2 c. shredded coconut
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 2 pkg. coconut instant cream jello pudding mix
Method
- Fold together and pour over cool crust.
- Reserve toasted coconut for topping.
- Let set and chill well.
- Spread Cool Whip on top and 1/2 cup toasted coconut.
- Keep cool.
