Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. shredded coconut
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Put all ingredients into blender, except coconut.
- Blend until smooth and well mixed.
- Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate and top with coconut.
- Bake at 350° until custard sets, about 30 minutes.
- Serves 8.
