Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, solid or melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
Method
- Beat cream cheese and coconut oil in a bowl with an electric mixer until creamy. Mix in vanilla extract. Stir in confectioners' sugar, about 1/2 cup at a time, until frosting is smooth and creamy.
