Ingredients
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. sifted 10x sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. flour
- 3/4 c. flaked coconut
- 1/3 c. 10x sugar
Method
- Cream butter. Add 2 tablespoons sugar and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy.
- Add flour all at once and blend well.
- Mix in coconut.
- Chill 15 minutes, then shape into 1-inch balls.
- Place on ungreased baking sheets and bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Roll in 10x sugar while still warm.
- Makes 3 dozen cookies.
