Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
Method
- Combine in pot.
- Stir over medium heat.
- Cook to 235°, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat.
- Add 2 Tbsp. butter.
- Cool to lukewarm without stirring.
- Add 1 tsp. vanilla.
- Beat until thick and no longer glossy.
- Pour into 8 x 8 inch square pan.
