Ingredients
- 8 ripe peaches or 1 (8 oz.) can sliced peaches
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar (optional)
Method
- Grease 1-quart pan or dish.
- Peel and slice peaches.
- Place in pan.
- Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt.
- Cut in butter.
- Spoon in dry ingredients over peaches.
- Bake at 450° for 20 to 25 minutes.
