Ingredients
- large hen
- 9 oz. pkg. spaghetti
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 large can mushrooms and liquid
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
Method
- Cook hen in plenty of water.
- Let stand overnight, refrigerated.
- Cook the spaghetti in broth, then add the remaining ingredients.
- Make White Sauce.
