- 8 torn romain lettuc leav
- 2 yellow tomato
- 1 cup pepperoncini whole drained, 2 oz
- 4 ounces prosciutto thinly sliced, or ham
- 8 ounces bocconcini fresh mozzarella cheese balls
- 8 ounces roasted red peppers or tri-color peppers, drained and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup oil-cured black olives
- 1/4 cup purple onion very thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup wish bone red wine vinaigrett dress
Method
- Arrange lettuce on serving platter. Arrange tomatoes and pepperoncini, then prosciutto in center of lettuce. Arrange remaining ingredients around prosciutto.
- Just before serving, drizzle with Wish-Bone(R) Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing.
