Ingredients

  • 8 torn romain lettuc leav
  • 2 yellow tomato
  • 1 cup pepperoncini whole drained, 2 oz
  • 4 ounces prosciutto thinly sliced, or ham
  • 8 ounces bocconcini fresh mozzarella cheese balls
  • 8 ounces roasted red peppers or tri-color peppers, drained and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup oil-cured black olives
  • 1/4 cup purple onion very thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup wish bone red wine vinaigrett dress

Method

  • Arrange lettuce on serving platter. Arrange tomatoes and pepperoncini, then prosciutto in center of lettuce. Arrange remaining ingredients around prosciutto.
  • Just before serving, drizzle with Wish-Bone(R) Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing.
