Ingredients
- 6 medium white or red potatoes
- 6 oz. salt pork
- 3 small onions, chopped
- 1 c. chopped clams
- 2 c. clam juice
- 1 c. water
Method
- Dice potatoes.
- Brown salt pork in a 2-quart pot.
- Add onions, potatoes and chopped clams.
- Cover with clam juice and water. Bring to a boil and then simmer for about 20 minutes.
