Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. lard or cooking oil
- 2 Tbsp. cream or milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 c. flour
Method
- Measure flour, add baking powder and salt; then add cream, lard and eggs.
- Make into dough and roll out thin.
- Cut and let lay on board for 2 hours.
- Cook in ham broth for 30 minutes.
