Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 small chicken
- 1 stalk celery, cut in half
- 1 small onion (whole)
- 1 carrot
- 1 can chicken broth
Method
- Mix flour, milk and egg to form a soft dough.
- Knead about 20 times and roll out onto a well floured surface, adding flour to produce a manageable dough (1/4-inch thick).
- Cut dough into 1/2-inch square.
