Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. warm water
- 3 Tbsp. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 9 to 10 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 lb. butter, melted
- cinnamon
- brown sugar
Method
- Mix flour (enough so dough does not stick to fingers), sugar, salt and beaten eggs.
- Roll out as soon as it is mixed up.
- When you roll out the dough, spread with butter, cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Roll them up and cut about 1/2 inch or more thick.
- Let rise and bake at 350°.
