Ingredients
- 4 c. Chex cereal (Corn or Rice)
- 4 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- Warm skillet on low heat.
- Add cereal; stir.
- Add cinnamon and sugar, a little at a time.
- Stir constantly.
- Continue stirring over low heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Spread on paper towels to cool. Store in tight container.
