Ingredients

  • 1 frozen pre-rolled puff pastry sheet (1/2 of 450-g pkg.), thawed
  • 1/2 cup Philadelphia Cinnamon Brown Sugar Cream Cheese Product
  • 1/3 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1 egg, beaten

Method

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Unroll pastry on lightly floured surface; spread with cream cheese product.
  • Sprinkle with nuts to within 1/4 inch of one short side; roll up, starting at opposite short side.
  • Place, seam side down, on parchment-covered baking sheet.
  • Freeze 15 min.
  • or until firm.
  • Transfer to cutting board; cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices.
  • Place, cut sides up, on prepared baking sheet; brush with egg.
  • Bake 23 to 25 min.
  • or until golden brown.
  • Transfer to wire rack; cool completely.
