Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef or turkey
- 2 cans (15 3/4 oz.) Brooks chili beans
- 2 cans chili beef soup (11 1/4 oz.)
- 2 cans tomato juice
- 1 medium onion
Method
- In large pan mix ground beef and onion; cook until meat is brown and onion tender.
- Drain fat.
- Add beans, soup and juice. Bring to oil.
- Cook 1 1/2 hours on medium heat.
- Serve with favorite crackers and top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
- Yield: about 10 servings.
