Ingredients
- 24 Oreo cookies
- 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. green creme de menthe
- 1 (7 oz.) jar Kraft Marshmallow Creme
- 2 c. heavy cream, whipped
Method
- Finely crush Oreo cookies; mix with melted butter.
- Press into a 9-inch spring-form pan, reserving 1/2 cup crumbs for topping. Stir creme de menthe into Marshmallow Creme, mixing until well blended.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- Pour into pan.
- Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
- Freeze.
