Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. green creme de menthe
  • 1 (7 oz.) jar Kraft Marshmallow Creme
  • 2 c. heavy cream, whipped

Method

  • Finely crush Oreo cookies; mix with melted butter.
  • Press into a 9-inch spring-form pan, reserving 1/2 cup crumbs for topping. Stir creme de menthe into Marshmallow Creme, mixing until well blended.
  • Fold in whipped cream.
  • Pour into pan.
  • Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
  • Freeze.
