- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 (29 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (14 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 box spaghetti
Method
- Brown meat and onion; drain.
- Put meat and onion in crock-pot (4-quart). Add the rest of the ingredients. Cook slowly, covered, 4 to 5 hours. Remove bay leaves before serving. Serve on cooked spaghetti with shredded cheese.
- Serves 6 to 8.
