Ingredients
- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 c. chocolate chips
Method
- In a mixer bowl, cream together butter, sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla.
- Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
- Add to butter mixture; blend well.
- Stir in chocolate drops carefully so do not break.
- Cover the bowl.
- Refrigerate dough overnight. Scoop out dough by teaspoons.
- Drop on ungreased cookie sheet, 1 inch apart.
- Bake at 350° for 8 minutes or until browned.
- Cool slightly, then remove onto rack to cool completely.
