Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. chocolate chips

Method

  • In a mixer bowl, cream together butter, sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
  • Add to butter mixture; blend well.
  • Stir in chocolate drops carefully so do not break.
  • Cover the bowl.
  • Refrigerate dough overnight. Scoop out dough by teaspoons.
  • Drop on ungreased cookie sheet, 1 inch apart.
  • Bake at 350° for 8 minutes or until browned.
  • Cool slightly, then remove onto rack to cool completely.
